Submission Requirements
- Each entry submitted must include a completed Submission Form with their Presentation Boards. Completed Submission Forms must be enclosed in a plain, opaque envelope which must be sealed and affixed to the back of the Presentation Board.
- For submissions to be eligible, entrants must follow the requirements regarding the presentation board layout format as illustrated and outlined in each page of the design challenges.
- Strict anonymity of the identity of entrants will be observed in the conduct of the competition until the jury makes its report. Other than the entrant’s registration number, the Presentation Boards shall not bear identification names, symbols or marks that might serve to reveal the identity of the author/s of the submission.
- Competitors may employ any presentation technique and use any medium, or combination of media that can be accommodated within the prescribed presentation board format. The method used for representations may include photographs of scaled models, computer-generated images, manual/hand drawings, or any other form of two-dimensional representation.
Packaging, Delivery and Condition of the Submissions
- Submissions should be double wrapped in heavy opaque paper. The outer wrapping carries postmark and return address and removed upon receipt; the inner wrapping bears no marks and shall be opened at the start of the review process. Corner protection for the boards is also advised.
- Submissions should be addressed to the Competition Director and may be mailed or hand carried to TAO-Pilipinas Office, 27-A Matiyaga Street, Barangay Central, Diliman, Quezon City. Registrants are responsible for pre-paying all mailing costs. Submissions with outstanding mailing costs will not be accepted.
- The submission deadline for all competitions is on the date specified on the competition schedule. All submissions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on that date. No late submissions will be accepted.
- Each entrant bears the responsibility for the proper and timely delivery of their submission. No responsibility is assumed by the competition organizers for late entries. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with the prescribed submission requirements will be disqualified.
