Registration Procedure

Step-by Step Guide to Registration

Step 1: Please read all the materials contained on www.ypdesignchallenge.tao-pilipinas.org. A printable PDF version of theĀ competition rules and regulations is available for downloading at this website.

Step 2: Download a Registration Form, print and complete the registration information.

Step 3: Pay your registration fee of Php300.00 through cash deposit to the following China Bank-SM North Branch bank account:

Account name: TAO-Pilipinas, Inc.

Account number: 208-074941-5

Step 4: Fax your completed Registration Form together with the validated deposit slip to (632) 436-7301. All Registration Forms for the competition must be received by August 29, 2008, not later than 5:00pm.

Step 5: You will receive a Registration Acknowledgement via email. You will be asked to confirm a date from the list of mandatory site visit schedules. Please print the Registration Acknowledgement and retain for reference.

Step 6: Bring your Registration Acknowledgement during your scheduled site visit and submit to the site visit facilitators.

Step 7: Those with completed registration and site visit attendance will receive their Submission Form via email. Please complete and print this form.

Step 8: Prepare your Presentation Boards according to the guidelines for the presentation board format and adhering to all competition rules and regulations. Your registration number should be on the upper right hand corner of the front of your Presentation Board.

Step 9: Enclose the completed Submission Form in a plain, opaque envelop which must be sealed and affixed to the back of the Presentation Board. Double-wrap submission in heavy opaque paper (preferably with corner protection). Names and addresses should be clearly marked on the mailing package.

Step 10: Submissions should be addressed to the YP Design Challenge Director and may be mailed or hand carried to TAO-Pilipinas Office, 27-A Matiyaga Street, Barangay Central, Diliman, Quezon City 1100. All submissions for the competition must be received by October 24, 2008, not later than 5:00pm. You will receive a Submission Acknowledgement via email.
